Again, they are only on their mobile devices and I'm going to assume they can only be played using YTM player.ДЄnd last of my notes on YTM is they are quite sneaky with their ads. So somehow YTM has gotten around all the record companies war against pirating and now is serving up songs that can be downloaded to users not paying anything to have them on their devices.

Both of us have just the free account and while my library was imported/uploaded from GPM, his was a bare account. Later I shared that playlist with him and it worked flawlessly. For instance, my friend and I were listing to a GPM playlist and every time he said he liked a song, I searched it in YTM and added it to a playlist. I will say that it does have some benefits to a certain type of user. If you want to share a playlist with someone, you have to find all the songs in YTM and add them into a playlist and then share that list. If you build a playlist and share it with a friend, all uploaded content will be removed from the playlist. Any uploaded music will not have access to Lyrics, etc even though they have the exact song in their library.ДЈ. Seems like while they allow you to upload music, they are making it difficult to use/find/access it.Дў. So if you upload 25 new songs, you will need to do a search for each one individually, click Uploads as it ALWAYS defaults to YTM results, and then add it to a playlist. Last Added auto playlist is gone as well. Songs no longer have Date Added, nor Song Plays. Here's where I have found that it's lacking:ДЎ. I don't see them building features in to do so in the future either. YouTube Music is currently not configured for users who want to bring along their music library and curate it there. I did the transfer from GPM to YTM about a week ago and here's what I can share about my experience thus far: Hyperbolic, acerbic, or otherwise inflammatory expressions of dissatisfaction will be classified as a 'rant' and removed. If you have a complaint, please explain yourself in a calm manner. Links to playlists are only allowed in the designated weekly posts. Please search before posting.Дo not post links to songs. Low quality and off-topic posts will be removed. No posts about account sharing, ad blockers, location spoofing, VPN hijinks, piracy, or other things that break the YouTube Terms of Service.
